Charlotte Oktoberfest Party Ride is SOLD OUT! 

When you purchase your Oktoberfest Bus Ticket, sometime after that you will begin to receive emails from JOEL BURNS regarding his "Man Rules" and such things. Fun material, really. However, if you find yourself offended in any way please note we do NOT know him (and just reply to his offensive email and you will be removed from distribution and you will never hear from him again). You will still maintain your paid seat on the bus even if you elect not to receive Joel's emails!

When you pay for your tickets, please enter a name for each person for whom you're purchasing a seat. if you do not know the names of your passengers, please enter "{your name} + Guest" so you are charged appropriately. Also, it would be great if you could all check into the bus together to make it less confusing.

You will also need to purchase a ticket to gain entry into Oktoberfest at http://www.charlotteoktoberfest.com/

Schedule for the October 8^th Charlotte Oktoberfest Event:

1:15 PM  Board the busses in front of GRAPEVINE IN Baxter Village in Fort Mill

1:30 PM Busses depart

1:35 PM As the bus crosses over the NC state line, all passengers will be treated to their first high gravity initiation beer courtesy of grapevine. (Because how are we supposed to wait 30 more minutes before we have unfettered access to alcohol?)

2:00 PM  Arrive at Charlotte Oktoberfest, with your ticket and ID.  (You may want to bring some extra cash for food & incidentals)

6:15 PM – Board the busses for return trip home.

6:30 PM – The Buses will depart Charlotte Oktoberfest and make their way back to Baxter Village.  (Expect the 3500 watt sound systems to be fully employed.)

7:00 PM – Arrive back in Baxter Village
