Raising Growth Capital

This panel will discuss the dynamics, challenges, and realities of raising growth capital for emerging companies. What are the key drivers that growth VCs and PEGs are looking for? How do you determine valuation? How much capital do you need to raise? Can you take chips off the table? Is your team bankable? How do you deal with dilution?
