Learn from orbis™ inventor James Madelin

The inventor of the orbis™ ring flash, James Madelin, is coming to Leeds for a one-off free event !

Based around the concept of a Photowalk, James will host walks around three cities in September in Birmingham, Leeds and London. 

He'll be teaching some of his techniques for strobist-style photography using the orbis™ system and other portable and affordable lighting gear, on a walk around historic central Birmingham.

With years of experience as a pro photographer and more recently as a "photopreneur", you're guaranteed a fun evening. There'll be a model along and you'll have the chance to get some fantastic photos of your own.

You don't have to bring any gear, but to get the most from the event, bring an SLR, a flash gun, a portrait lens (50-70mm) and a way to fire your flash off camera (off camera cord, radio trigger, etc.). If you bring your own orbis™ you'll be guaranteed to get some insider tips from James.

James and the Snapperstuff team will bring some orbis™ gear along too for you to try.

Having learnt from the inventor all the great lighting effects easily achievable with the orbis™ system, you'll be able to buy your own orbis™ kit to take home with you.
