Patrick Dwyer is a partner at Langes+, a specialist law practice with a focus on corporate, finance and insurance law.

He advises finance and insurance clients on business transactions, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and product development.

From 2003 to 2009, Patrick was a senior in-house lawyer at GE Capital, including the General Counsel of Home Lending.

Before joining GE, Patrick worked as corporate and finance attorney in New York for five years . He has also been a compliance manager and government policy adviser.
