This is my second Skinny Jeans & Gut 2 Cut Challenge. I work out on a regular basis but this program got me to where I needed be. Each day I think, it can't possibly be harder than today, but you keep coming up with new ways to challenge us. I leave each time with a feeling of accomplishment. I feel stronger. I am smaller. I have greatly enjoyed my experience because it has allowed me to take my fitness to the next level. I have felt stuck in reaching my physique goals, but this changed up my routine to improve that. The meal plans were enjoyable and the weekly counseling helped me learn how to make small adjustments to suit me. Also SJ allowed me to try doing exercises with heavier weights than I normally would have tried which helped me go to that next level. I have gone down one clothing size.
