 Practicing Presence; Going deeper into the Chakras and Energy Body - $45 (5 spots left)

This is an educational and experiential exploration of the connection between living a full life and releasing any energy blocks in your physical, emotional and energy body. Really get to know the seven major energy centers in the body known as chakras (wheels of energy) and release anything that blocking their full flow and expression. Each chakra has specific emotional and spiritual issues that effect our well being and sense of wholeness. You will learn about all of this along with having  a take home practices for futher intigration.

Do you understand the diference between your e-motions and your feelings?  You will learn how to have a deep, full and rich relationship with all of you emotions and feelings. This workshop will equip you with the important skills to honor all of your emotions, without being overwhelmed by them. Just like the ego, our emotions make a wonderful partner in life but a terrible master. You will learn a simple process that goes beyond the ego's way of reacting tendencies of stuffing and spewing.  This stuffing and spewing thing just doesn't bring us any closer to the happiness and wholeness we seek. E-Motions are energy that is designed to be in motion. For this to happen, a certain kind of skillful attention is required.  Our feelings and e-motions are the source of all of the peace, passion, love, joy and radiant aliveness that we are going know.  Discover the gifts of anger, fear and sadness while learning to experience more strength, joy, peace and aliveness!   Let's Honor all of our feelings and e-motions; on this fine day we will!
