Suitable for all experience levels, this workshop will show you how to master email marketing communications with a comprehensive look at best practices and winning strategies for getting and keeping quality subscribers, increasing deliverability and opening rates, writing good headlines and content, saving time, getting readers to take action, and more!

- Tips and techniques for email marketing best practices
- Tools for building a mailing list and keeping subscribers loyal and engaged
- How often to communicate with your audience

This informative workshop is suitable for all experience levels but assumes that you have a general knowledge of Email Marketing concepts. The afternoon workshop provides specific product training with a discussion of Constant Contact's do it yourself email communication service, along with Online Survey and Event Marketing products.
The PM workshop will discuss:
- Set up Account Options
- Add Signup boxes to our website and emails
- Load an email distribution list
- Build a campaign
- Brand your email to match websites and logos
- How to develop content
- Get your email opened
- Interpret and track email campaign results (open-rates, bounce-rates, click-thru rates, etc)
