       CWRU Wellness Cooking Demonstration:        "Brain Food"

2nd floor cardioThe foods we eat influence not just the body, but also the mind.  Your diet can improve mental functions such as memory, intelligence, motivation, attention and concentration.

Suggested "brain foods" include;  blueberries, wild salmon, nuts, seeds, avocados, whole grains, beans, citrus fruits & colorful vegetables, dark chocolate and water. 

Join a Bon Appetit Chef as he demonstrates how to easily incorporate "Brain Foods" in your diet, and enjoy samples prepared in this session!
