NHP Member Enrollment Overview 9:30 - 10:00 am

NHP's Member Enrollment staff will provide an overview of the enrollment processes for our various product lines and the facility's Notification of Birth (NOB) process specific to MassHealth newborn enrollments.

Claims Process Overview 10:00 - 10:30 am

Our new Director of Claims will provide an end-to-end overview of NHP's claims and adjustment requests processes.

A New NHPNet! 10:30 - 11:15 am

A new and improved version of NHPNet was recently released in a pilot capacity. Our new provider portal is packed with additional features and enhanced functionality including claims status check and EOP downloading just to name a few! Come hear about these and other NHP provider self-service options including how you might test the new portal too.

General Updates and Closing Remarks 11:15 - 11:30 am

NHP Provider Relations staff will provide information on other updates, and future agenda items plus the NHP raffle!

• Please use our 27 Melcher Street entrance, around the corner from 253 Summer Street
• Validated parking available only from the Necco Street (covered) Garage behind our building. To access the garage, take the first right at the lights in front of our building, then right again onto Melcher Street and the garage will be on your left hand side at the intersection of Melcher and Necco streets.
