The Time Investment

Yet to gain the maximum value from "The Leadership Breakthrough Experience"  you should expect to invest a minimum average of 3 hours of personal time each week to ensure you will embody the practices and approaches, to engage in some reflection and participate in your Mastermind Team as well as monthly conference calls.  You may find you need to engage in more or less time each week depending on what you are trying to accomplish and embibe.  Yet, the more time you invest in engaging what you are learning - the faster you will see results.  And you will likely find this time investment is many times more effective than how you are currently using time.

Prior to the first session of the program you will have a conversation with me so that you achieve crystal clarity around the breakthrough(s) you most wish to achieve during the program.  Along the way you will have all the support you need to achieve your desired target(s).

In between sessions you will be asked to focus on the breakthrough goal you generated for the program in a couple ways:

• Setting day to day actions that will allow you to integrate the lessons learned from the sessions
• Participating in a MasterMind Team that will meet once a week by phone to support each other's success.
