Tour A: Walking tour of upper level development in downtown New Iberia
Downtown New Iberia is famous for the amount and quality of development in the upper floors of its historic buildings. New Iberia is a Great American Main Street award winner. On the tour, you will be led by New Iberia Main Street director Jane Braud as she gives you the history of downtown and takes you inside many of the beautifully restored properties. Who knows - maybe you will even get to see a work in progress!
Tour B: Avery Island tour of the world-famous TABASCO factory & Jungle Gardens
PLEASE NOTE: Tour B is full and can no longer be selected as one of the tour options.
From the unique feel of the South Louisiana marshes and bayous to the nature preserve inhabited by indigenous plants and animals, Avery Island, Louisiana is a beautiful place to visit.
Touring the visitor center and the pepper sauce factory is just one part of the Avery Island experience. You will also visit Avery Island's 250-acre Jungle Gardens.

Tour C: Conrad Rice Mill, KONRIKO Country Store, and Rip Van Winkle Gardens of Jefferson Island.
The Conrad Rice Mill is the oldest rice mill in America. It is also one of the leading tourist attractions in this area of the Bayou Teche. In 1981, the Mill was placed on the National Register of Historic Places.
At Rip Van Winkle Gardens, you will lose yourself in a wonderland of flora and fauna, a twenty five-acre semi tropical paradise that captures the senses and cleanses the soul. As you walk through the Gardens you will see many unusual plants and historic sites. The Jean Lafitte tree is one of them. Three buried treasure chests were found there in 1928. The treasure is believed to have been buried by Lafitte.
