We invite you to come to Sigona's Olive Oil Seminar on July 28th to discover why our slogan is "fresher is better." During the seminar, local olive oil experts will present information about healthy, high quality, fresh pressed olive oils from around the world as well as:

-- Production & bottling
-- Shelf life
-- Cooking tips & recipes
Each olive varietal, such as Mission, Arbequina and Picual, has a different flavor profile and polyphenol count, and it's difficult to compare taste unless you have the opportunity to open several containers of oil at the same time. We're excited to offer this seminar to help add to your olive oil knowledge base and give you the opportunity to explore the oils with your all senses.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for hors D'oeuvres by Luisa's Catering, (think Prosciutto Wrapped Roasted Figs) music by Have a Party Pros and wine (for sale) by the glass or bottle from La Honda Winery. After the seminar, attendees will have the opportunity to browse the olive oil shop where we'll have bottles of Sigona's Fresh Press Extra Virgin Olive Oil available at a special event price.
