2nd Annual Walkathon for CDKL5 Research 

Please join us for the 2nd Annual Walkathon for CDKL5 Research!

CDKL5 is a devastating, rare genetic disorder that effects mostly girls, and deprives them of any kind of a normal life.  This disorder causes relentless seizures, severe neuro-developmental impairment, and many other medical problems, such as blindness, feeding difficulties and scoliosis.  Most of these children will never walk, talk, or feed themselves.  They are dependent on others for everything!

Help us find a cure!  We can't do it without you!

All proceeds go directly to research, and your contributions are 100% tax deductible.

We encourage you to bring your family, friends, co-workers and acquaintences to help us celebrate our children and raise awareness of CDKL5.  There will be lots of family fun and activities, and lots of wonderful raffle prizes!  New for this year, we are raffling off an Apple iPAD!!!

When: Saturday, August 7th, 2010  (rain or shine)

Where:  Richmond, MI at the high school track

Time:  8am - 12pm

Who: All are welcome!
