Permanent Weight Loss Without Hunger or Scapel 

 If had one thing to say to you about weight loss it would be this: If you keep doing the same things you will keep getting the same results.  If you want to get different results then you must do somthing different.

Here's the bad news about this program:
  • There is no simple recipe.  But every part of the recipe is simple.  Not one thing I ask you to do is difficult.  For example: I usually start people off by having them walk 10 minutes or about 5 city blocks per day.  No pain, No gain is for jocks and professional atheletes.  In the long haul, pain will cause you to refrain.
  • You will face resistance from family and friends who are overweight when you lose more than 20 pounds.  Husbands that are overweight can become jelous and insecure. Even some husbands who are NOT overwieght become insecure and jealous when the wife becomes fit. Friends that are overweight can become nervous (thinking you may desert them) and try to sabotage your efforts.   Part of the reason I wrote my book, Anytime...for as Long as You Want:  Strength, Genius, Libido, & Erection by Integrative Sex Transmutation, was to help instruct and encourage men to get healthy when the wife became healthy and was about to divorce them.  This book helped decrease the divorce rate, but even with that instruction, when you lose over 20 pounds it will change the relationship--for the better if your spouse is healthy or inspired by you to become healthy.  The relationship could end if your spouse simply becomes insecure and remains unhealthy.
  • When you lose over 20 pounds, you will need new clothes.  But, this could be a good thing.  At 10 pounds, your friends will notice.  At 20 pounds they will be shocked.  If you lose another 20 pounds, then you will have to by clothes again.
  • You will not be able to eat anything you want.  To get different results you must change something.  The only 3 things to change are 1) how much you eat, 2) what you eat, and 3) when, or how often, you eat.  Most people try to change all three.  But, that's way too hard.  If you change what you eat and eat only what's allowed, you can eat plenty of wonderful food and still eat anytime you want as much as you want and lose weight like crazy.
  • This seminar does not establish a doctor-patient relationship.  Here you will learn what to do to lose weight, how to talk to your doctor, and how to find a doctor who really understands weight loss.  Physicians, personal trainers, and nurses will learn better how to advise people on how to lose weight and keep it off.

P.S.  Where is the seminar?
  • The closest airport to fly into is Mobile Alabama.  The taxi ride over from there (from the city of Mobile to the coastal village of Fairhope) is about 30 minutes. 
  • If you want to extend the trip to a week at the beach, fly into Pensacola, Florida and rent a car to drive over (about an hour). 
  • The lectures and treatments will take place at the address listed in the blue box above.  The Hampton Inn (23 North Section Street, Fairhope, Alabama 36532).  In Fairhope, you can shop for antiques and clothing and relax in quaint resturaunts that have gained national attention, or stroll along the the Mobile Bay (which has not been soiled by the oil spill).     Rates at the Hampton are usually around $99 per night.
  •  If you want a more luxurious resort for sleeping near the workshop, then stay here where you will have access to a spa, golf, harbour, and resort pool,  ( about 5 minutes from the workshop and free transportation will be provided).  Rates are usually around $200 to $300 per night.

Dr. Runels,

I am finishing my 18th week on the diet.  I have lost 64 pounds.  I am walking daily and staying pretty close to the diet almost all of the time.  Exceptions have been a couple of trips where I did not have much control over the situation, but I got back with the diet as soon as I returned and any weight gained on the trip was gone by the next week.

I am wondering if it is time to repeat my lab testing, in order to compare with the lab results when I started.  I am feeling well, but you had said I would need to have the lab work repeated after some time on the diet.

I've been feeling so much better!  I forgot what it felt like to feel good and not be grumpy all the time.  My weight has been much more manageable too.  I dropped the 5+ pounds that came over the holidays even though I was so strict about the eating and exercise...
