NextSteps for Leading a Missional Church was developed out of the experience of Gary Rohrmayer.

Gary has been involved in church planting since 1987.  During this time, he has bee involved in over 85 new church plants as he worked in every area including intern, pioneer planter, parent church pastor, coach, district and international direct.  He has trained hundreds of church planters, pastors and missionaries throughout the US.
