Central Conference Program Development Workshop 

Basic Tools and Processes to Guide Program Development for Non-Profits 

Transforming Communities Outreach (TCO) will offer “Basic Tools and Processes to Guide Program Development for Non-Profits” on Thursday May 20, 2010, facilitated by Dr. Morris Williamson, of Q-Led Systems.

Participants will utilize basic assessment and organizational development tools to learn to drive organizational change and improvement.  Learning objectives include:

• understanding the basics of social marketing
• planning programs to bring about social change
• reviewing a capacity building model for faith-based and community organizations partnership.

 The workshop will take place at Naperville Covenant Church,1150 Hobson Road, Naperville Il. 60540, from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. The cost is $25.00 per person or $75.00 for up to 4 members from your church. If we do not have at least 10 participants or 3 churches registered, the workshop will be rescheduled.
