How Do I Work With An Overbearing Volunteer?
What do you do with the volunteer who has a great passion for your ministry, but sometimes oversteps his or her boundaries? If you ask them to leave your ministry, what kind of long-term effects will that have on you and your ministry?
Ministries desperately need volunteers to get much of the work done. However, sometimes personalities and differences in ministry philosophy arise. As the person God has called to lead your ministry, you have a certain obligation to balance "grace and truth" when working with volunteers, especially those volunteers who might be causing problems within your ministry.
