Garden Glass Windows

Lynn Gillis has long been a favorite local artist in our store. Her Garden Glass Windows are a modern approach to using colored glass as decor. Starting with recycled single-pane window sashes, Lynn applies the stained glass pieces to the original glass, sometimes interspersing mirror, fused glass elements or found objects like shells. The finished panels are intended to be hung outside, but work equally well in interiors or in covered spaces like porches & gazebos - light makes them pop.

Lynn will be showing a good selection of windows that are ready to take home. But this is a unique opportunity to explore custom sizes, colors or designs. She will bring "blank" windows  that might meet your size requirements, as well as color samples & photos of existing designs. If beach happens to be your theme, she promises to have an array of shells, starfish, sand dollars & fused glass pieces to inspire you & to play around with (these are safer for you to handle than cut glass).

Laughing Glass Studio

Pam Bogdonoff of Laughing Glass Studio is best known in the store for her glass mosaic wall mirrors. Some are geometric, some are abstract, & some have words like "Love", "Dance" & "Oy Vey" inlaid. They make fabulous gifts, so Pam will bring a wonderful selection.

For this outdoor event, Pam will also be showing furnishings like tabletops as well as birdbaths & stepping stones for the garden.

An accomplished stained glass designer & fabricator, Pam will be ready to discuss custom decorative panels in addition to the mosaic work. Her portfolio of finished commissions is impressive.

Emily Seiler

Emily Seiler joins us with custom reversible market umbrellas that normally we'd not have space to offer. Choose from wood or aluminum frames in a variety of sizes & shapes to fit your needs, then get to the fun part:  pick your fabrics, colors & finishing details.  The possibilities are endless! Not only can you choose different solids & prints, you can opt for handpainted motifs for a truly custom look. Since the canopy can be reversed, you get twice the wear as well as twice the look.

Cindy Ruble Birdbaths

Cindy Ruble creates themed birdbaths using a variety of ceramic & glass vessels that she stacks up, almost like wacky totem poles. The results are surprising, humorous & definitely conversation pieces. She's very inventive in the way she imagines the elements coming together to make a harmonious design. These are birdbaths for your feathered friends to party in! They would also make awesome ice buckets or servers at your next barbecue!
