Panel Discussion for Trading Partners

Experienced trading partners and users of eTranscript California from both 2 and 4 year institutions will discuss the challenges, how they resolved problems, and help answer questions from the audience about trading transcripts. This is a great opportunity to meet you trading partners, discuss issues and form working relationships that ultimately benefit your students.

 

Issues and Discussion Surrounding 4 Year Institutions Receiving & Sending Transcripts

These two, one hour, moderated discussions will focus on issues with Sending and Receiving transcripts for 4 year institutions. Although CSU piloted eTranscriptCA with CCC's the focus was on CCC's sending transcripts. The objectives of these sessions are to not only find out how other 4 year institutions are using eTransriptCA, but also to come up with a list of features and functionality for future development that will help serve the needs of 4 year institutions.

 

Issues and Discussion Surrounding Community Colleges Receiving Transcripts

Now that many Community Colleges are able to send electronic transcripts with eTranscriptCA, it’s time to start receiving them as well. Over 50% of Community College transcripts are traded between Community Colleges. Find out the best way to move forward and reap the benefits of receiving electronic transcripts.

 

Processing Requests

Discover how you can start responding to electronic requests for transcripts without breaking the bank or significantly changing your processes. This presentation will also discuss techniques for payment processing that match your existing business model, as well as fully automated holds and fulfillment techniques for those colleges that are ready.
