Sip, savor and nibble on the finest foods the Eastside has to offer.

When: The second annual neighborhood festival of culinary arts is coming to Portland foodies Thursday, September 23, 2010 from 6 to 9 PM. 

What: Chef-owned restaurants, boutique wines and spirits, artisan chocolatiers and the best tasty treats from over 20 local restaurants and distilleries- all gathered in one place.

Cost: Regular admission is $40 and includes tastes, sips and nibbles from the best restaurants, bakeries, distilleries and distributers. Early birds purchasing tickets before August 13th will receive a $5 discount.

For the foodie who craves a little more, a VIP Pass to the event is $60 and includes an exclusive meet and greet with the chefs, a ticket to the raffle, access to the distillery apothecary (with limited edition spirits!), a bag of Ecotrust goodies and items from the special VIP menu, which will be released the week of the event.

The proceeds from Indulge benefit Ecotrust’s Farm to School Program, which celebrates healthy kids through locally sourced food. Tickets are limited, so advance purchase is recommended. This event is 21 and over only. 

New additions to this year's Indulge Event include:

• The Brewer's Room: Six local microbreweries in the Jupiter ThinkTANK.
  
• Farm to Table Gallery: Photographer John Valls displays his work on food and local farming in a guest room gallery.
• Raffle: Enter to win prizes donated by each participating restaurant, including exclusive tastings, gift certificates and a one night stay at the Jupiter. Tickets are $5.00 each.
• USnaps Photobooth: Create instantaneous souvenirs with this digital spin on the classic photobooth.
• Music and Grooving: Sweet jams and savory grooves with live DJs.
• Teeter TV: Spitball Media provides a new way to enjoy television.
  
• Indulge Overnight Package: Sip and savor into the wee hours without worry! Stay overnight at the Jupiter Hotel with the special Indulge Overnight Package- and be just a few steps from your bed when the party wraps up. Ticket prices are included in the Indulge Overnight Package.
