Together We Are...

The theme for CTIM: Called Together in Mission, A Resource Event will be "Together We Are..."  This event will be held Saturday, March 13, 2010, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at First Lutheran Church in Cedar Rapids.

Dr. Mary Hinkle Shore, Associate Professor of New Testament, Luther Seminary (St. Paul, MN), will be the keynote speaker and is writing a Bible study that will follow the keynote.  It will be a great morning of word and study.Dr. Mary Hinkle Shore

The afternoon will offer two sessions of workshops on many various topics ranging from hunger to global mission to congregational renewal. C.T.I.M. will close with worship including Eucharist with Bishop Michael Burk preaching and presiding. 

The registration cost this year will be $25 per person, this includes lunch.

Important Notes Before You Register...

  • When registering for a workshop, please use the workshop number only.   
  • Please note on a piece of paper what workshops you wish to attend before clicking the "Register Now" button below since you may not use your internet browser's back button during registration. 

    Registering Multiple People...
  • If you are a congregation registering multiple people, you will need to register each person individually using an e-mail address*  for each person.  However, at the payment option, please select Pay By Check.  Then a congregation can send one check  to cover all registrants to the Southeastern Iowa Synod (P.O. Box 3167, Iowa City, IA  52244) prior to CTIM .  Please include names of registrants with the payment.

    *If an individual does not have an e-mail address you may create a false e-mail address for registration purposes only.  For instance, use the person's name and congregation like so:  jane.doe@trinity.com

Registration By Mail
Although we strongly encourage online registration to better assure that you get into the workshops of your choice, we realize not everyone may have internet access.   Each congregation will be receiving a CTIM Book with a registration form.  Please use this form when registering by mail. (A copy of the registration form is located on the last page of the online CTIM booklet)
