12.35 Dr Tom Stephens, Managing Director of the Prescient360 Group, has over 25 years of experience working in the public and private sectors. His recent assignments on CSR and public –private partnerships have included such clients as Chevron, Marathon, ConocoPhillips, the Corporate Council on Africa, and the governments of Azerbaijan and Cambodia, and UNDP. He received a Master’s degree from Harvard University and a Ph.D. from the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva.
