ELC 3212 Positive Guidance – Creating Harmony in the Environment
Young children need teachers to help them manage conflicts and develop positive social behaviors. In this course you will learn how to observe and assess the challenging behavior(s) and determine what solutions work best to implement positive guidance strategies.
