MEDINA COUNTY HOME & GARDEN SHOW 2023 

For over 35 years, the Medina County Home & Garden Show has bringing together experts in home improvement, landscaping and home services with interested and engaged consumers. It offers a great opportunity to meet with potential customers in person and promote your products and services.

Show Location:

Medina County Community Center on the Fairgrounds(indoors), 735 W. Lafayette Rd. (US 42), Medina, OH 44256

Public Admission:

$5 adults, $4 seniors 60+, children 12 & under free

Booth Spaces & Fees:

  • 8'X10' - $335 - For multiple booths, double or triple fee. Booth fee goes up to $425 after Feb.1
  • 10'X10'-$375 - For mutlitple booths, double or triple fee. Booth fee goes up to $465 after Feb. 11 
  • Corner space guarantee: add $50 per corner 
  • Outdoor space 10'X10' - $260. Booth fee goes up to $325 after Feb. 1
  • Space assignments are made on a first come first served basis when payent is received in full. Requests for the same space as 2022 cannot be guaranteed although special consideration is given to the 2022 exhibitors who register and pay in full by JAN 15. If you have a preference, list first, second and third choice for spaces under Special Requests.See floor plan below. Space numbers may be different than previous years.
  • Pipe and drape backdrops will be provided. All exhibit materials must be confined to the booth space assigned. No fliers, promotional materials are to be hung up, displayed or distributed outside of your designated booth area.
  • Certificate of insurance is required. Space reservation is not guaranteed until a certificate of insurance is received.

SET UP INFO

  • Time: Friday, March 3 from 12 to 6 pm and Saturday, March 4 from 7 to 9:30 am.
  • Large setups requiring use of the 12' overhead doors for access or forklift for set up must be set up by noon on Friday, March 3. The garage doors will be blocked after 12 noon on Friday. There will be a forklift and driver available on Friday morning from 8 am to noon only if requested. Please specify on contract if you need to use the garage door access or forlift.

TEAR DOWN

After 5 pm on Sunday. All booth materials must be removed from the building by 7:30 pm.

  • 10X10 space
  • Logo on marketing materials and MCHGS website, listed as: Medina County Home & Garden Show Backyard BBQ Cook-off Sponsor

  • $1,000 cash investment

Grand Prize Drawing Sponsor  - exclusive. Includes:

  • The prize is displayed in the Main Garden so a sign will be posted on the prize saying "Grand Prize provided by XYZ Company. All attendees register to win the Grand Prize.
  • $1,000 cash investment (The Grand Prize item valued at $1,000 could be provided in lieu of the cash, upon approval by managerment)
