Affair on the Square Exhibitor Application

The 28th Annual Affair on the Square Craft Fest and Vintage Fair held on the beautiful historic square of Medina, Ohio is all set for Sunday, August 9, 2020

LOCATION: Medina Public Square (outdoors), intersection of St. Rte. 1 & US 42.

BOOTH SPACE: 10'x10' FOR $125. If application received after July 1 - $135

FOOD TRUCK SPACE: $125. If application received after July 1 - $135

SET UP TIME: 7 to 10:30 am day of show

APPLICATION RULES AND PROCEDURES

Please email 3 pictures of your handmade crafts and one picture of your display to affaironthesquare@gmail.com. PLEASE NOTE: THIS YEAR, ALL APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PICTURES EVEN IF YOU HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED IN THE PAST. PAST PARTICIPATION IN THE SHOW DOES NOT GUARANTEE PARTICIPATION EACH YEAR.

You will be notified via email of your acceptance or rejection within the month after the application, pictures and full payment have been received.

Acceptance will be given for only the items listed on the application and shown in the pictures.

DISPLAY REQUIREMENTS: We expect participants to make booth displays as attractive and professional as possible. Tables must be covered to the ground. Nothing may be pounded into the ground because of the park's sprinkler system. Elecricity is not available. Chairs and tables will not be provided.

ATTENTION JEWELRY ARTISTS - There are a limited number of spaces available for jewelry vendors. The deadline for jewelry artisit applications is: April 1. At that time all jewelry artist applications will be juried together and only a limited number will be accepted.

SPACE ASSIGNMENTS: Spaces will be assigned on a first come first served basis once application and payment in full is received. You will receive a map with your space assignment and set up information the week before the show diate. If you have any special requests, please be sure to indicate that on the application form.

Refreshments will be sold throughout the show.

NO EARLY TEARDOWNS WILL BE PERMITTED.
