Medina County Home & Garden Show 2016 

Join us at the Medina County Home & Garden Show March 5 & 6 at the Medina County Community Center. This year's theme centers around Outdoor Living and the Main Gardens will recreate an inviting outdoor living space with an area for cooking and dining.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

BOOTH SPACES & FEES:

• 8'X10' - $295  Booth fee goes up to $375 after February 20
• 10'X10' - $350 Booth fee goes up to $425 after February 20
• Corner Space: add $40
• Outside Space 10'X10' - $250   Booth fee goes up to $325 after February 20
• Space assignments are made on a first come, first served basis when payment is received in full. Requests for the same space as last year cannot be guaranteed.
• CLICK HERE FOR SAMPLE FLOOR PLAN. Space numbers are different than last year. 
• Pipe and drape backdrops will be provided. All exhibit materials must be confined to the booth space assigned. No fliers or promotional materials are to be hung up, displayed or distributed outside of your booth area.

SET UP INFO

• Set up time: Friday, March 4 from 12 to 6 pm and Saturday, March 5 from 7 to 9:30 am
• Large setups requiring use of overhead garage doors for access must be in the building by noon on Friday, March 4. The garage doors will be blocked after 12 noon. Garage door openings are 12' high. Please specify if you have a setup that is taller than 9 feet.
• There will be a forklift and driver available on Friday morning from 8 am to noon only if requested.

TEAR DOWN

• Tear down begins after 5 pm on Sunday, March 6. All booth materials must be removed from the builing by 9 pm unless special handling is requested.
