Performance Fitness Clinic 12/17/19

Come have some fun and improve your performance! Athletes will rep various aspects of fitness including agility, speed, reaction time and coordination. The clinic is for boys and girls ages 8-14. Athletes should bring water and wear comfortable sneakers. Clinic will be run by area high school coaches. Waiver needed and available on site.
