 How to Have It All

with Growth Strategist

Jennifer Iannolo

Thursday, September 22, 6-8PM

Come celebrate National Women’s Business Day on September 22 with ABWA NYC and engage in a powerful dialogue that addresses "Having it all." The media and society inundates us with this concept, but what does it really mean? Can we have it? Can't we? And says who? Entrepreneur and modern Renaissance woman Jennifer Iannolo brings good news: You—and only you—get to define your ALL. In this ground-breaking workshop, which she has delivered from Harvard to Nepal to corporate America, she will work with you to delve into what is really meaningful to your concept of ALL.

Even better, you will discover where you get in the way—and how to develop a powerful game plan to make your ALL a reality. Keeping with our ABWA NYC’s theme for this year: Be inspired by who you are—speak it, believe it and do it—you will get to create milestones and goals that leverage your core strengths.

Workshop Takeaways:

  • A clearer vision of your life, your major goals, and your natural talents.
  • Concrete action steps to move forward and pursue those goals.
  • Coaching in a group conversation about some of the typical things that women face in pursuing their ALL.

JENNIFER IANNOLO IS A LIFE-LONG ENTREPRENEUR AND MODERN RENAISSANCE WOMAN.

Her adventures have been chronicled everywhere from a NY Times bestseller to the international documentary Eat. Cook. Love.  Jennifer is a 2-time Harvard keynote speaker, and in early 2016 she toured Nepal on a speaking tour for the U.S. Department of State to foster women’s empowerment and entrepreneurship.

With an eye on innovation and the human side of problem solving, Jennifer looks at framing, context, and collaboration as the catalysts for growth. She applies these methodologies in her speaking engagements and consulting work.  As a first-generation American, Jennifer grew up with a unique perspective requiring her to bridge 3 different cultures — Italian, Scottish, and American — enabling her to craft a broad perspective to her life and work.

As a “special ops” consultant, she guides emerging companies and corporate executives, and organizational initiatives through their next stage of growth, when critical infrastructure, teamwork, and culture are required to sustain longevity. Jennifer has worked with Fortune 500 companies and funded startups, and built several companies of her own.

Her first passion is entrepreneurship, and as a college student at NYU’s Stern School of Business, she was already creating her second company. Jennifer chaired a Stern conference on social entrepreneurship in 1994 — before entrepreneurship or social ventures were understood, recognized as official college majors, or enjoy the mainstream popularity they do today. She now shares her insights with students and professionals around the world, and returns to Stern frequently for speaking engagements and to judge venture competitions. In 2014 she was invited to speak at the Dean’s Leadership Roundtable.

As the closing keynote speaker for Harvard’s Women in Business Week 2015, Jennifer unveiled her newest social venture, The Concordia Project™, whose mission is to create an inclusive global conversation about empowerment and collaborative change. She has also developed initiatives with the U.S. Department of State, multinational brands including Visa and Relais & Chateaux, and non-profit organizations like Bono’s ONE Campaign.

A pioneer in digital media, in 2006 she co-created Culinary Media Network® — the world’s first all-food podcast channel — with food and wine programming also featured on Sirius Radio. Her culinary escapades have been featured in the documentary Eat. Cook. Love., in a national commercial for GoDaddy.com, and the NY Times bestseller Secrets of the Young & Successful. She has also been published in anthologies from Wiley-Blackwell and Ashgate, and co-authored The Gilded Fork: Entertaining at Home.

Jennifer is a graduate of the Stern School of Business at New York University, and has studied, lived and worked internationally, including studies at La Sorbonne in Paris.  She lives in New York City with Herbert II, her resilient fern. She doesn’t like to talk about Herbert I.
