Thank you for completing this registration to reserve seating and/or parking for your guest with special needs. We do our best to accommodate all requests. One able-bodied person must sit with the guest with special needs. Special-needs parking is limited and needs to be requested. A Washington-state issued permit does not guarantee a space.
