Club ROCK Winter Retreat
January 11-13, 2019
Thank you for your interest in registering for Club ROCk's Winter Retreat! Here's some basic info for the retreat:
Who: High school students and leaders
What: Join us for an exciting weekend of skiing, fellowship, music, and biblical teaching.
Where: Expeditions Unlimited in Baraboo, WI
When: Meet at VCB at 4:00pm on Friday, January 11. We will return to VCB around 7pm on Sunday, January 13.
How to Register:
- Register each of your high school students by clicking add student on the next page.
- Turn in copy of your insurance card (front & back). If on file from a previous retreat, please disregard.
- Please complete and turn in required health forms that can be found here.
- Payment must be received within 7 days of registering your student to honor the Early Bird rate. Payments not received within 7 days will result in cancellation. If financial assistance is needed, please contact Adam or Stephanie in the church office no later than December 5!
- To begin registration, select "Register Now!" below.
Early bird Registration of $165 ends on Wednesday, December 5, 2018.
Final Registration of $180 ends on Wednesday, January 2, 2019.
