Houston Community College Southeast’s Center for Transformation and Innovation offers sustainable business solutions through optimization of technology, knowledge management and process design. C4TI area of focus entails creating educational alliances, providing company analysis, professional development training, industry-recognized credentials via workforce programs, and Small Business Development seminars via our Center for Entrepreneurship (C4e).
C4e mission is to develop and produce entrepreneurs who open successful businesses and foster economic growth via business and community development throughout the Greater Houston area.

Business Plan Development: The Business Plan Competition offers a unique opportunity to learn how to develop a quality Business Plan that will provide a dynamic blueprint for starting, expanding, and sustaining your business.
Make Contacts and Build Relationships: Building relationships is key to the success of new businesses. C4e is a collaborative effort with SCORE, Constant Contact, and other community entities that strive to foster new business growth.
