The OSHA 10-Hour class will be held November 3 & 4, 2016 (8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.  Day 1, and 8:30 a.m. - Noon, Day 2) at the SES Training Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana (3807 Transportation Drive). The cost is $175.00 per person or $135 per person if you register 3 or more people. 

The 10-Hour class is limited to 12 students.  Click on the registration link below to sign-up for the class.  Registration and payment is due by October 31, 2016.  Refunds will not be issued for cancellations, but you may send an alternate attendee.
