Lay Anointers Training Weekend

The Bishops Committee on Healing Ministries presents a training day for Lay Anointers to be held in-person at St. John’s Convent on October 29. The day will also provide a time to reflect on anointing within the ministries of healing. Please speak with your priest before registering and have them send a short letter of recommendation to joanne.davies@sunnybrook.ca   All attendees must be fully vaccinated and masks must be worn. There will be a video shared for viewing prior to attending the one day training. A video will also be provided for clergy with information about applying for the lay anointer’s license and the ministry of anointing in a parish.
