Topic:  What to Do with HiPo of the YoPro when you’re an OldPro.
Most companies would like to believe they recognize talent early enough to establish a path for growth.  The reality is that those in charge of such pathing might not be positioned to have a handle on current learning theories, opportunity management or leadership assessment.  As HR professionals, part of our role includes the development of potential.  This session will challenge our understanding of relevance and agility while debunking myths about generational differences.
