Parking is FREE in the Rochester Chamber of Commerce lot on Andrews Street.  It is located  right before the pay lot.  The gate arm will go up when you drive up to it and you will be provided with a code to use when you leave.

Quickbooks for Business Owners

Please note requirements below to attend this workshop:

  • In business at least 2 years AND used QuickBooks (QB) for at least 1 year
  • Users of either desktop or cloud-based versions of QB

In this session, business owners will learn:

  • How to improve current business functions or establish sound business procedures for your financials
  • How to use QB to provide timely & accurate information for monitoring key financial functions e.g. cash flow, bill pay, accounting and tax planning
  • How to use the 3rd party application, Bill.com to save time, money and improve accuracy of your financial information
  • Which other 3rd party applications can save you time and money while improving accuracy
  • How and when to audit your books and personnel who help you with your bookkeeping and/or accounting
  • How to build a robust financial reporting system to prevent business and tax problems

As part of the online registration you will need to complete a short questionaire w hich is designed to help the workshop presenters with background information on attendees so they can tailor the workshop accordingly.  It should only take 5-10 minutes to complete.

  • Teach you how to set up your Quickbooks
  • Is not an introduction to bookkeeping or accounting

Workshop Fee:  $29 (includes continental breakfast) payment made through PayPal (PayPal account not required), must have a credit/debit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover).
