There are many pitfalls in buying a business/franchise: there are possible "skeletons" that must be identified, such as unresolved tax matters, unsettled lawsuits and possible liability claims to name a few.
The first step is identifying and gathering all the information that is needed to make a proper valuation of the business. Financials, tax returns, agreements, leases, litigation, sales or purchase contracts, inventory status, equipment condition and other items are needed to effectively determine whether the business is worthy of buying.
This workshop walks attendees through the 10 steps to navigate prior to buying a business or investing in a franchise.

Workshop Fee:
