Description: "Those who fail to plan, plan to fail." A well-planned business model is critical to the success of your business. This workshop will show how the business model canvas can be used to develop your business model and value proposition and how it helps you prepare your business plans.
Presenter Bio: Amulya K. Garga is the Chairman of SCORE Princeton and mentors small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs. He also mentors business leaders through Everwise. He has developed game-changing technologies ranging from predictive analytics to smart sensors to immersive collaboration and decision support tools. He served in various leadership roles in the defense industry and is currently the President of KAPI Group, a business and technology consulting company.
