Presenter Bio: Michael Brisebois is Vice Chairman of SCORE Princeton, and mentor to both small business owners and professionals transitioning from corporate life to entrepreneurship. He is past Chairman of the Souhegan Valley Chamber of Commerce, which helped small businesses grow in Southern New Hampshire. In 2015, Mike launched a high value supply chain consulting firm focused on improving cash flow, EBITDA, and customer on-time delivery for mid-market manufacturers. Mike held leadership positions in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, Planning & Scheduling, Sourcing, and Procurement & Logistics for several Fortune 500 companies. He helped turn around failing operations in three diverse industries by identifying fatal gaps in performance, mobilizing stakeholders, and inspiring teams to implement lasting solutions. Mike earned an MBA from the University of New Haven; held an APICS, CPIM certification from 2000 to 2010; and is a certified ISO9001:2008 Lead Auditor.
