Description: This workshop will focus on Sole Proprietorships, LLC's, Partnerships, and Corporations:
- What are they?
- How are they taxed?
- What are the similarities and differences?
If there is time, the presenter will also answer questions about business and personal taxes.
Presenter Bio: Robin Haller-Gasperini has been with H & R Block for 43 years. She is an Enrolled Agent and Master Tax Advisor, and she also has been an H & R Block Instructor for the past 25 years. Robin specializes in business returns and international tax issues.
