Business Structure and Entrepreneurship Q & A
Description: Having the knowledge and resources on how to start a business is critical to the new entrepreneur. This Q & A session will help get all your questions answered and provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to get your organization started. At this workshop you will learn: Legal Structuring of a Business, A Guide through the NJ Business Portal, Getting a Federal ID, Registering for taxes with the NJ Department of Revenue, the basics and importance of a business plan and an overview of Financial Funding for your Small Business. At the end of this discussion, all your questions will be answered and you will have the basic understanding of how to do business in the state of New Jersey.
