Business Structure and Entrepreneurship Q & A
Description: Having the knowledge and resources on how to start a business is critical to the new entrepreneur. This Q & A session will help you get all your questions answered and provide you with a step by step on how to get your organization started. At this workshop you will learn: Legal Structuring of a Business, A Guide through the NJ Business Portal, Getting a Federal ID, Registering for taxes with the NJ Department of Revenue, The basics and importance of a business plan and an overview of Financial Funding for your Small Business. At the end of this Q & A discussion all your questions will be answered and you will have the basic understanding of how to do business in the state of New Jersey.
