Description: RBAC will share their insights into the lending process - including tips on identifying your best financing strategy, common financing mistakes in the loan process, managing business credit, and  positioning your company for loan eligibility. They will cover financing basics, start-up costs, small business lenders, applying for a loan, and more.

Speaker Bios:

Nathalia A.Giraldo is responsible for various tasks at RBAC. She covers all functions related to loan referrals, credit, operations, portfolio risk management of this community organization with a portfolio closed to 80MM. She has over 10 years of experience working in the economic development field, specializing in creating capital access to small businesses.

Barbara Anne Gardenhire-Mills is a community and economic development professional with over two decades of experience in community and media relations, communications, marketing, new business development, partnerships, program development and administration; small business ownership and lending/microlending. She currently serves as Supervisor of Lender Relations and Economic Development/ Women’s Business Ownership Representative (WBOR) for the NJ District Office of the US Small Business Administration.
