Seminar Description :  Join us for an Employment Law Seminar where a local attorney will teach you how to avoid common mistakes made by employers with respect to labor law, including such areas as hiring practices, employee promotions and terminations.  This two-hour presentation will allow time for questions and answers. 

Speaker Bio: Ms. Nancy Mahony, J.D. has 25+ years of experience as an attorney with the State of New Jersey, primarily in the area of employment law.  As a Deputy Attorney General, Ms. Mahony prosecuted employee claims of unlawful discrimination against employers.  As a staff attorney in the Judiciary, Ms. Mahony provided legal advice to managers on discipline and labor issues; wrote EEO decisions that resolved employee complaints of unlawful discrimination in the workplace; conducted discipline training for managers; and served as a hearing officer in discipline and labor matters.
