Writing a Good Business Plan and Closing the Sale

Description:    This seminar covers two main topics:

• Business Planning.  The basic elements of a business plan, from vision through financials.  It will also include a schedule, examples, and an overview of potential sources of financing. 
• The Art of Closing the Sale.  Techniques and advice on how to handle any objection and close the sale with professionalism, confidence, and skill.   

Seminar Leaders:  Presented by Bill Litchman and Carmen Morris, experienced SCORE counselors.  Bill has been preparing business plans for decades for small, medium, large and start-up companies.  Carmen is a Business Coach, Entrepreneur, and Speaker who currently runs two businesses. Her background includes working in the fields of Broadcasting/Entertainment, Fashion and Private Label, Imports/Exports and Real Estate Investment.   Her thirty years of experience as an entrepreneur has enabled Carmen to provide business owners the expertise needed to grow their business.
