Winning Sales Proposals 

Description:  This seminar will discuss the functions of a sales proposal, whether it is for services to a family (e.g. elder care) or a major corporation.  It discusses the objectives, scope, organization and content of the proposal and how it can be used to strengthen the overall sales opportunity with the prospect.  The proposal can be as short as a “letter” or as long as a lengthy document intended to close the sale with a large corporation.

 Seminar Leader:  This seminar will be led by Phil Rhodes. Phil worked in the consulting and software industries for over 40 years. He was a member of a sales team in IBM's data processing division, whose sales force was famous for its effectiveness. As a Senior Manager in the consulting division of Price Waterhouse, he had important sales responsibilities. Phil later became a product manager with MAI Basic Four, where he had product planning and marketing responsibilities for two major ERP systems, working closely with Sales in both training and sales support roles.
