Rotary Club of Leavenworth 1st Annual Oktoberfest/5K Volkmarch
Please join us for an afternoon/evening of fun and fellowship in support of the youth in our community!
Date: Saturday, 14 October, 3:00 pm (registration and sign in at 2:30pm) Oompa Band from 5:00 - 8:00 pm. The event will go on "rain or shine"!
Location: Haymarket Square, Leavenworth, KS (at the corner of Cherokee & 7th Street)
Registration Fee: $30 per person or $50 per couple (or two individuals) --- this registration fee includes a dinner ticket (a brat & a side of German potato salad or a bag of chips), a drink ticket (a beer, a wine or a water) and an event T-Shirt.
Children under the age of 12 walk free, no T-shirt. Dinner and Drink tickets can be purchased with registration for a reduced cost (listed below).
Children 13 and older should be registered separately as a single walker for $30.
Extra Dinner/Drink tickets (for non-walkers) should be purchased ahead of time to ensure we have enough food/drink:
$15.00 dinner
$5.00 per beer or wine
$2.00 bottle water
$3.00 bag of chips
$15 extra T-Shirt (all T-Shirt orders must be in by Sept. 20)
This event is a fundraiser for our local (Leavenworth) Rotary Foundation to cover the costs of youth programs such as 3rd-grade dictionaries, high school scholarships, Rotary Youth Leadership Academy (RYLA) attendance - district level & local level, and school district grant support. Costs of these programs are in excess of $15K a year, and your support is greatly appreciated.
