Synod Assembly wouldn't happen so easily were it not for our volunteers...

Volunteer Possibilities...
Altar Guild - Friday Evening & Sunday Worship... two-four people for two worship services. Can you manage both worship times? Fantastic!
Document Distribution - Friday thru Sunday Worship... one Lead Distributor organizes and oversees material distribution with the support of seven-ten people who volunteer as Distributors. Distributors serve in dual capacities, functioning as Ushers during Worship times as well!
Help Set up on Thursday or Pack up on Sunday? Also fantastic!
Onsite Registration or Pre-Registration - Assist attendees with sign-in and badge pickup starting Friday morning at 8 AM, with many options for volunteer hours over the course of Assembly. Friday morning will be a particularly busy time.
Hospitality Area - Welcome Synod Assembly attendees, set up cookies and healthy snacks supplied by our very generous congregations, and keep the supply of coffee and tea flowing starting Friday morning and ending on Sunday following Worship time.
