Meridian tapping techniques are a newly-systematized method of applying the principles of acupressure to creating greater well-being.  Following a prescribed routine of gently tapping certain acupressure points, the person states or concentrates on a problem or symptom that needs resolution, coupling it with a self-accepting statement.
