Please join us for WCMS' first Healthy Healer event of 2018! Local physician, Dr. Danna Park, will be leading a workshop that teaches practical stress reduction tools combined with certified HeartMath techniques aimed to help providers respond effectively in difficult or uncertain situations.

Dr. Park is the director of Mountain Integrative Medicine, PLLC, an integrative medicine consultation practice in Asheville, NC and served as the Medical Director of the Integrative Healthcare Department at Mission Hospital, successfully establishing their clinical Integrative Medicine Programs. Dr. Park has specialized training in mind-body medicine such as guided imagery, clinical hypnosis, and HeartMath biofeedback. She has particular interest in self-care and wellness in healthcare providers and how that translates into improved quality of care for patients.
