Kartikeya Mandalam & Marichiasana Vinyasa

This short summer intensive will focus on how to work with marmas in the shoulders and neck using the practice of Kartikeya Mandalam and the Marichiasana vinyasa. 

Prerequisite: Knowledge and practice of Kartikeya Prelude.

We offer this course on a sliding-scale model of $15 - $50 per class. We encourage everyone to give according to their means.
